The NICFI is a non profit organization of certified floorcovering inspectors/consultants. Our members are located throughout the USA and Canada. NICFI members have extensive experience related to investigating floor covering problems. Our members specialize in Carpet, Resilient Vinyl, VCT tile, Laminate, Ceramic Tile, Specialty Floors, Hardwood Flooring, Substrate, and Moisture related claims.

Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration (IICRC)
The IICRC is a nonprofit certifying body for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents over 3,900 certified firms and 21,500 certified technicians in nine countries.

Certified Floorcovering Installers Association
Certified Installers are required to attend two educational events each year through the Distributor or Chapter networks. They are required to guarantee all workmanship for a period of one year, to dress and act as professionals with the understanding that customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
